5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
For consulting services, clients may reschedule sessions with at least 48 hours’ notice. Missed sessions or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.
HR Nexus Solutions reserves the right to reschedule or postpone services in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

We respect the confidentiality of all client information. Any documents, discussions, or materials shared with HR Nexus Solutions will remain private and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except where required by law.
