At HR Nexus Solutions, LLC, we take pride in providing exceptional HR consulting services and digital resources that help small businesses, nonprofits, and municipalities build strong people systems. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase or booking a service.

Consulting Services

All consulting service fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

Because consulting engagements require preparation and dedicated time, we’re unable to issue refunds after services are rendered.

Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Late Cancellations or No-Shows: Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed without notice are non-refundable.

Projects: For multi-phase or project-based work, partial refunds may be considered **only if work has not yet started, minus any preparation or administrative costs.
